Born in the province of Cape Town, Stienie Chédel-Booysen has developed a real passion for the region's wine in recent years. A generation of enterprising winegrowers, a particular climate - sun and heat, tempered by the influence of the two oceans, clay-limestone soils perfectly suited to viticulture - produce great quality wines, both white and red. Stienie and Olivier, her husband, intend to share their passion for Cape wines and make these wines known, particularly in French-speaking Switzerland.
